Order Fulfillment and Shipping
A lot of my items are handmade to order and some are not. Keep this in mind when placing your order. If your item is a special order that is handmade, the make time will be in the description of the item and this will affect the shipping and delivery dates. Please make sure that your order has an accurate email address and/or cell phone number, so that I am able to keep in touch.
Items that are in stock will ship within five business days. However, things can happen. Please make sure that your order has an accurate email address and/or cell phone number, so that I am able to contact you in the event that there is a delay.
Refunds
We video as we pack the items to show the condition of each item as it was placed into the shipping box/envelope. If there is a defect** in an item that we miss and is visible in that video, We will gladly issue a refund on the item. However, I must be contacted within 3 days of delivery at lookingupwardgifts@gmail.com and the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and have a defect** notable on the packaging video.
The Graphic Lady and Looking Upward Gifts is not responsible for damage the shipping company causes and we strongly advise you purchase shipping insurance coverage.
- The first $100 purchase is covered in the shipping cost.
- Shipping Insurance for purchases from $101 up to $300
- Shipping Insurance for purchases from $301 up to $500
**Exceptions to the defect rule: Rocks and Minerals have druzy pockets, holes, and lines. They are natural occurrences and are NOT considered a defect. All of these items will be notated in the description of each individual item.
Sale or Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or Clearance items cannot be refunded.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Customized items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
